How to collaborate without the need to compromise, submit or control others?

When people dare to be who they are, think what they think and act according to what they want, it generally fits well with what is needed in a team; otherwise it will be clear that people might change position.

During this workshop participants will start paying attention to who they become when interacting with others.

Most of the time these behaviours are a continuation of a way of being that we are used to being in the past, without having a new choice to be who one wants to be today.

The Grinberg method is an approach through the body that teaches to control automatic behaviours, to gain more freedom, self esteem, humility, respect of others and enthusiasm.

Applying this in the field of teamwork, stopping old habits of behaviours, will allow people to create a solid, strong and efficient teamwork.

Visualize Everything!
Today’s business world is very diverse - there are thousands of companies and teams, and each may have a unique organisational structure, different work and a unique (and constantly changing) process. Imagine, you need to make the right decisions, which often touch the stakes of different people, teams and departments, but how well do you understand how your team or company operates, how much work is there, and what relations, priorities and deadlines are out there? In case you do know it all, how easy is it to communicate this outside to your partners, customers, suppliers, process coaches or to your internal auditors? That’s a common yet not a trivial task, because every company and process are unique and details can be incredibly important. You’re so used to the process that those details become vague and hard to uncover.

In the “VISUALIZE – EVERYTHING?” workshop we’re going to explore how the Visual Thinking toolkit and some principles of Data Visualization can help to solve this problem.
