When people dare to be who they are, think what they think and act according to what they want, it generally fits well with what is needed in a team; otherwise it will be clear that people might change position.
During this workshop participants will start paying attention to who they become when interacting with others.
Most of the time these behaviours are a continuation of a way of being that we are used to being in the past, without having a new choice to be who one wants to be today.
The Grinberg method is an approach through the body that teaches to control automatic behaviours, to gain more freedom, self esteem, humility, respect of others and enthusiasm.
Applying this in the field of teamwork, stopping old habits of behaviours, will allow people to create a solid, strong and efficient teamwork.
